Meditation helps us more attentively participate in life by offering tools and techniques to form a different relationship with our experience. In this way, we can understand how to respond more effectively to what life presents to us, and thereby reduce stress, struggle and confusion – and have a clearer sense of how to manage life’s various challenges. This workshop will cover some of the basic principles of meditation and offer ways to bring the practice into your daily life. Instruction will include seated and walking practices.
